This is what trump has been trying to do in many ways since he became president, but it’s an own goal.
These rules are in place to protect people’s health. Apart from this impact (something pretty extreme) negative environmental projects damage housing prices in the surrounding area.
Having said that, the impact of this devastatingly stupid move will take years to show, so trump may not be punished for this backward step.
