Georgia is a country to the south-west of Russia, and has an interesting set of wildlife. It has a range of wildernesses to keep those looking for wildlife interested for some time.
There are 80 species of mammal in the country, and include a range of animals that are a cross of European species, and more exotic ones. Indian porcupines are found here, along side the Caucasian squirrels, along with both the Caucasian mountain ground squirrel and the Little ground squirrel. There are many other rodents, which I will not mention for the time being, Cetaceans are limited, only including Common minke whale, Harbour porpoise, Short-beaked common dolphin and the Common bottlenose dolphin.
